IEP Director	12	01	Ph.D / Master's degree in engineering, science or energy related discipline from an accredited institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. (2).Minimum 14 years of experience in case of Ph.D or minimum of 18 years experience in case of Masters Degree with at least 10 years proven experience in energy planning and management, systems / energy modeling, energy economics or similar applications. (3).experience in applied research or policy analysis in Pakistan's energy sector. (4).knowledge of technical, commercial, regulatory and policy aspects of Pakistan's energy sector and global practices. (5).Strong management, interpersonal and communications skills. (6).Fluency in English and proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office.
Data Management Specialist	10	01	(1).Master's degree in computer science,information technology,management Information systems (MIS), statistics or related discipline from an accredited institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). (2).Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in database management systems and related applications; experience in energy database development and associated activities (data collection, quality assurance, input and processing, reporting) in Pakistan will be given preference. (3).Knowledge of energy sector data sources and reporting formats from national and internationalsources/publications. (4).Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communications skills. (5).Proficiency in MS Office and RDBMS software (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL, etc.)

Modeling Specialist	10	02	(1)Master's degree(16years Qualificatioin computer,science, management.science,engineering or related discipline from an accredited institution recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC). Overall 10 years' experience with minimum 07 years of relevant experience in field of modeling preferably energy systems modeling and applications or simulation software with experience in energy sector.  (2)Preference will be given to the candidates having: o experience in use of energy planning/optimizations software tools (e.g., LEAP, TIMES/MARKAL, GCAM, etc.) (3).knowledge of energy sector in Pakistan and big data analytics/modeling • Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communications skills. (4).Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheet analysis etc.
IT Administrator	08	01	(1).Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or similar discipline from an accredited institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), plus qualifications as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and/or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). (2).Minimum five years of relevant experience in computer data center management and operations, implementation and administration of operating systems, servers and clients in a local area network (LAN) environment, internet/email services, software applications, and routine hardware and technical support. (3).Knowledge of MS Office, databases, and modeling tools will be given preference. (4).Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
