Applications are invited from suitable candidates on prescribed form available to download from the University Official Website (www.uetmardan.edu.pk) for appointment against the following regular posts in the University of Engineering and Technology Mardan. Applications, duly filled in all respect, along with application fee (non-refundable) of Rs.2000/- for S. No. 1 to 3 and Rs. 1500/- for S.No.4 to S. No.9 must be deposited in any branch of Bank of Khyber, (throughout Pakistan) in the University Account titled "Miscellaneous fund UETM" Brach Code.0179, Account No.00908-00-1. The requisite qualification and experience, against each post, is given below.

1	Information Officer,	First division Master's degree in Journalism/ English with 05 years' experience, or Second Class Master's degree with 10 years' experience in the relevant field in a University or a Government Department or an Autonomous Organization in pay scale 17 or its equivalent.
02	Lab Engineer (a)Telecommunication Engineering (b).Electrical Engineering	First Class Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field or 2.5 CGPA out of 4.0 with no 3rd division in the academic career from an HEC recognized Electrical Engineering University/Institution. PEC Registration card in relevant field is mandatory.
03	Administrative Officer	First division Master's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics or its equivalent qualification with five years relevant experience in a Government Department or an Autonomous Organization.
04	Computer Operator	At least First Division Bachelor's Degree (2 years) in Computer Science/ Information Technology from a recognized University/Institution.                                                                            OR At least Second Division Bachelor's Degree (2years) with one-year diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognized Board of Technical Education
05	Assistant Accountant	MBA (Finance) M. Com/ BBA (4 Years) with two years of relevant experience, preferably in an NGO/Academic /research environment. Good Communication & Interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Accounting Software Desirable.
06	Senior Surveyor	DAE (Civil) First Division, with eight (08) years' experience (with minimum 02 years' experience in a University or a Government Department, preference will be given to candidate holding DIT, proficiency in AUTOCAD, cost estimation and BOQ preparation
07	Network Assistant	At least First Division Bachelor's Degree (4 Years) in Computer Science /Computer Systems Engineering Information Technology or Fist Division Master Degree in Computer Science / Computer Systems Engineering/ Information Technology awarded after 16 years of Education from an HEC recognized University / institution with Two years relevant experience in a National / Multinational Originations.
08	Junior Clerk	Matriculation with 2nd division or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board, and a speed of 30 words per minute in typing.
09	Lab Assistant (a). Mechanical Engr (b). Electrical Engr (c). Civil Engr	DAE in relevant field with at least 2nd division. Candidates possessing computer literacy will be given preference.

How to Apply University of Engineering and technology Mardan

1. Eligible candidates should submit their application forms along with attested copies of educational testimonials (i.e., Degrees/Certificates,
Transcripts/DMCs), Experience Certificates, copy of CNIC, one recent photograph, and original fee deposit receipt in office of the Registrar, UET Mardan with in fifteen (15) days from the date of advertisement.
2.Only those qualifications, experiences etc. will be considered, if documentary proof is attached up to the last date of submission of applications.
3. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel. They must also submit No Objection Certificate from their concerned departments/organizations along with their application form.
4 Age relaxation will be considered in light of government rules on case to case basis.
5. Only short listed candidates, who meet the criteria, will be called for tests/interview.
6. The candidates applying for more than one posts are required to submit separate applications along with original bank receipt for each post.
7. In-case any educational document or any other document provided by the applicants is found incorrect/fake at any stage, the candidate will be
disqualified immediately.
8. Incomplete application forms and those received after the due date, shall be rejected without intimation to the applicant.
9. The University reserves the right to cancel or not to fill any of the advertised post without assigning any reason. Errors, if any, are liable to rectification by the University.
10. Those who earlier applied for the three (03) years contract advertisement published on 31-01-2021, for the posts at serial no. 02, 03, 04, 05, 07, 08,and 09 no need to apply afresh.
11. Territorial Jurisdiction / Limits as per Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is applicable on advertised posts up to BPS-16.
