A) . Teaching Positions:
Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor in the discipline of Agronomy, Animal Nutrition, Agricultural Chemistry, Agriculture Extension, Animal Breeding & Genetics, Animal Production/Livestock Management, Biotechnology. Computer Science, Dairy Technology, Entomology, English, Environmental Science, Forestry, Food Science and Technology, Horticulture, Irrigation and Drainage/Water Resources, Mathematics, Microbiology, Molecular Genetics, Plant Breeding & Genetics, Poultry Science, Soil Science, Theriogenology, Veterinary Anatomy, Veterinary Physiology, Veterinary Pharmacology, Veterinary Medicine ,Veterinary Surgery, Veterinary Pathology, Veterinary Parasitology, Zoology.
B). Administrative posts.
1' Assistant Director QEC (BPS-17)
1st division Master's degree (16 years) in Agricultural Economics, Agriculture, Computer Science, Social sciences and Management Sciences from HEC recognized University/Institution with Two (02) years relevant experience un field.
2. Assistant Director IT (BPS-17)
First division master's degree (16 years) in Computer Science/IT/MBIT OR First Division BCS (04 years)/ BIT (04 years) degree/ B.Tech (Hons)/MBIT/BSc. (Electrical Engineering/Computer/Software/ Telecommunication Engineering) from HEC recognized University / Institution. No third Division in entire academic career.
3. Manager Research Operations & Development/Assistant Director ORIC (BPS-17)
A postgraduate degree from a quality institution in Management/Human Resources/Accounts & Finance or another related field.
The ideal person should have six years relevant experience working for research and track record of management of research projects, organization or research donor agencies.
HOW TO APPLY:
1. The candidates have to submit five complete sets of application on prescribed form for the positions of Professors/Associate Professors, three sets for Assistant Professor position and two sets for remaining positions along with all relevant attested documents (Photocopies of academic Certificates / Degrees, DMCs. Domicile Certificate, Experience Certificate. CNIC and one photograph for each set) and should reach to this office up to 13th December, 2021 on below address.
2. The application form can be downloaded from the official website of the University (https://www.uad.edu.pk).
3. Foreign qualified candidates must attach equivalence certificates from Higher Education Commission (HEC). If not provided, the application will not be considered for further processing.
4. All Educational Certificates/ Degrees shall be accredited from relevant bodies.
5. Interview call letters will be issued to short listed candidates only, University will not be responsible for non-receipt or late receipt of call letters.
6. Legal action will be taken if any of the submitted documents found fake/tempered.
7. Application Processing Fee is Rs. 10.000/- for the post of professor, Rs.7000/- for Associate Professor, Rs.5000/- for Assistant Professor and Rs.2000/- for the Administrative posts.
8. Incomplete, without original Bank receipt and applications received after due date will not be entertained.
9. Separate application forms shall be submitted for applying more than one post.
10. Government/Semi Government/Autonomous bodies employees must submit their application through proper channel. Applications received without NOC from the parent Department shall not be entertained.
11. University reserves the right to increase /decrease/withhold or not to fill any of the above advertised posts without assigning any reason.
12. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.
Note: Errors & Omissions, if any, will be subject to rectification by the University.
