Qualification and Experience

PAKISTAN INSTITUTE FOR PARLIAMENTARY SERVICES

(1)-Director Legislation

L.L.B degree holder with 9 years' excerience, knowledge of legislative drafting and Excellent written communications skills and ability to interact at senior management levels. Strong analytical skills with ability to carry out reviews of various legal documents and producing of reports.

(2)Deputy Director Human Resourece

Master or equivalent degree (sixteen years of education) in Social or Administrative Sciences/Management Sciences with 4 years experience in BS-17 or equivalent of maintaining and athninistering the HR policies in govemment or large organizations of repute in private scetor. Proficiency in the use of computer applications is a must.

(3) Deputy Director Database

Master or equivalent degree (sixteen years of education) in Computer Science or thformation Technology from a Management recognized university. At least 9 years' experience in BS-17 or equivalent in a Government, Semi Government, autonomous or private organization of repute. The candidate must be familiar with database management/development and Installing/updating software and hardware on desktops, laptops and servers etc.

(4) Assistant Director Research

Master or equivalent degree (sixteen years of education) in Social Sciences, Management Sciences or Humanities from HEC recognized university with 2 years' experience in a reputed institution and have knowledge of rescerch tecthfiques/research methodology. The candidate should be able to conduct research independently.

(5) Assistant PRC Officer

Master or equivalent degree (sixteen years of education) in Social or Administrative Sciences/Management Sciences from recognized university with I year relevant excerience Punjab at the appropriate level.

( 6) Assistant IT Officer

Master or equivalent degree (sixteen years of education) in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized University with 1 year experience at the appropriate level.

Terms and conditions

PAKISTAN INSTITUTE FOR PARLIAMENTARY SERVICES

(1)-• Only the candidates having domicile of Punjab Province shall be eligible to apply.

(2)- The selected candida c wi I serve in the Provincial office of the Institute.

(3)-General age relaxation of five years in the upper age limit as per Government policy.

(4)- Only those candidates possessing certificates/Degrees institutions recognized by the Govemment/HEC are eligible to apply.

(5)- Only short listed candidatce will be called for test/interview.

(6)-No TA/DA will be paid for the tcet/interview.

(7)-The Insthute reserves the right to increase/decrease or to cancel the process of recruitment partially. or completely. Kindly ensure submiarion of applications on the prescribed proforma complete in all respects along with
